Frequently Asked Questions

Pre-recorded classes are self-paced. Some workshops and classes are live or are a combination of pre-recorded and live. Please note that pre-recorded classes are available for a time-limited period, please check each class for access limitations.

The pre-recorded classes on this site are not set up for interactions with other students or with the instructor, however, students may email the instructor if there are questions on lesson content. In live workshops and classes students are able to interact with other students and the instructor.

  • Test all equipment you will be using for the class
  • Clear your browser history/cache
  • Double-check your Wi-Fi strength to verify a strong connection
  • Close any additional windows or browsers to increase bandwidth
  • Try loging in on another browser
  • You may want to request that others in your household not use Wi-Fi when you are active in the course
  • Disable pop-up blocker
  • Reboot your device and login again

You can use any device that can access Wi-Fi. However, for the best experience we recommend using a laptop or desk-top computer, or a tablet.

Some classes will offer options and recommendations for additional resources or class materials for purchase. Again, these are optional, there are no other costs.
